10 Things I Hate About You is a quintessential 90’s romantic movie that every teen who grew up in the decade seems to love – yes, gals I’m talking about guys too. The film features Heath Ledger before he took on the role of the Joker – which was a whole new and darker level. Ledger plays the part of a high school teenager out to catch the interest of a specific girl. Even though it may sound simple enough, many people would be surprised that this romantic movie isn’t your average teen comedy. The film takes place in high school – the film is also based on The Taming of the Shrew by Shakespeare.
