Eat for Your Brain
Here’s something that shouldn’t come as a surprise: eating junk isn’t doing your brain any favors. Of course, try to cut out junk food. But did you know that some foods can help your brain perform at its best? There are certain foods that will totally give your brain a boost and help your mental fitness levels be at an all-time high.
According to WebMD, eat plenty of blueberries, wild salmon, nuts, seeds, avocados, whole grains, beans, and dark chocolate (yum!).
