You know the saying there are times to talk, and a time to, well, hush your mouth? We know it’s hard to zip it when people want to hate, gossip, judge, and criticize. Then there are those situations where you want to defend yourself. And there is a time for that too, but perhaps not at a meeting, or ranting on social media about your employee.
