Compassion
In order to open your intuition, you must be sincerely compassionate. You need an open heart, an empathetic soul and a sympathetic personality. When we're compassionate toward others, we're in tune with those around us. We're not judging, blaming, envying, or comparing. We're simply feeling. To connect within, you have to be empathic to all things and people around you. Practicing compassion has many positive, physical benefits too. People who practice compassion produce 100 % more DHEA – a hormone that helps us feel younger and happier and 23 % less Cortisol – the hormone famously known as the “stress hormone.” When we are compassionate souls, we learn to be kinder to ourselves and this where all love originates. We must first love ourselves before we can love another. Loving ourselves with a compassionate heart puts everything into balance and unlocks something deep and wonderful inside of us.
