Let Things Go
We all experienced moments when things keep hitting the fan. The car, your health or another setback could make you loose your sanity. Things happen, people disappoint and life can be wicked. Instead of allowing things to crush you, let the emotions go. When you take tough times to heart it will make it harder to bounce back. Additionally, when you suppress your emotions, it will manifest itself in other ways with anger, depression or aches in the body. Author and life coach Dawn Demers explained this another way. "Living with non-attachment means releasing your need for the relationship, thing or idea; It means accepting things as they are, knowing that everything is evolving and changing, nothing is permanent everything is temporary in life." There comes a time when you need to walk away from situations.
