Water Meditation
This spiritual energy exercise calls you to imagine that you are on a boat in a vast sea or a flowing river. Water often symbolizes purity and calmness. Remember this. As you journey through that water, say aloud what your stresses are. As you continue through the water, let each of them go…let go of your drama, your stress, your anxieties. As you float for a few minutes, you will experience a powerful sense of calm. You are reminded how small you are when it comes to everything around you but how significant everything else around you.
