Cholesterol-Fighting Foods
Incorporate natural cholesterol-fighting foods into your diet. Oats are great for lowering cholesterol (try to use “whole oats” rather than, say, oatmeal cookies) and so are all fiber-rich foods. Try to drink more tea, particularly green tea. Soy is also a natural cholesterol-buster, so try soymilk, soy products (like veggie burgers), and tofu.
