Natural Flavored Water
Flavored waters that are bottled by companies contain a lot of sugar or artifical sweetners. A healthier choice is adding the natural flavoring yourself. Add a slice of your favorite fruits and veggies to give your water a twist. Lemons, oranges, watermelon, cucumber, mint, or limes can give your water the added flavor you need. Another option to this additive is to put chopped up fruit in an ice cube tray, add water and freeze. Saves you on the time it takes to chop and will always be on hand.
