After three children, Jennifer Garner says that she kicked the baby weight by simply eating fresh and ditching fatty foods. Garner told People Magazine that she never wanted to put too much pressure on herself. She made a concious decision to say good-bye to bagels, croissants, waffles and fill in the void with protein. Garner eats fresh and organic whenever possible, but within reason. She says that she rewards herself with chocolate but makes sure that her sweet indulges are in small portions.
