Walking is one of the most popular forms of exercise, and for good reason. It requires minimal equipment (a pair of good shoes), you can walk just about anywhere (indoors or out), and it’s a great exercise for beginners. The downside is that it can be boring and monotonous. Here are five ways to jazz up your walking routine and burn more calories in the process.
