Cut Back on Sugar
Sugar will hurt the body and the immune system, so start watching the intake, and drink water. Incorporate healthier foods like veggies, and fruit. Foods that boost the immune system like peppers, kale, spinach, apples, oranges, almonds, mushrooms, garlic and other leafy greens. Whole grains, and foods rich in Omgea-3s like salmon will help. It will be hard to wean off sugar, but trey to scale back on how much you add to cooking, baking, and what you use in drinks.
