3. Try to Keep to your Routine
During the holidays, everything is turned topsy-turvy. Our regular schedules are interrupted with parties, relatives, and frantic decorating, shopping, and cooking. This can take a toll on your body, so, as much as possible, try to be kind to it. Do your best to keep your sleep schedule consistent, exercise as you normally would (or more!) and eat at regular intervals. Your stress levels will thank you.
