Multiple Sclerosis and Fatigue: What Can You Do?
There is little known on why fatigue can effects up 90 percent of those with Multiple Sclerosis, but one theory is that those patients use more part of the brain and working harder, or the reduction of electrical transmission in the brain. Patient report fatigue from mild to severe throughout the day, but there are ways to attack fatigue that includes exercise, hydration, organization of schedules, and reducing to-do lists.
