Foods like tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, blueberries, oranges, strawberries and watermelon will hydrate you. Try having a green smoothie to get more greens into your system. Eat sunflower seeds to help preserve the top layer of skin and to keep it supple. They have fatty acids, have protein and are full of minerals. They have vitamins C, A, and E which fights free radicals and UV rays. Eating lentils, chickpeas and navy beans have phytoestrogens. This aids in preventing acne and it keeps the system function.
