Accept the Challenge
Remember that facing your insecurities and flaws, pertaining to weight loss, may resurface from time –to-time and it’s completely normal. You have to understand that this challenge of loving yourself and improving your worth is a daily process. Find ways to channel your energy into a constructive means – journaling, walking, painting, meditating and/or music. There is a world of outlets out there - you just have to be willing to be ambitious enough to never give up.
