Diseases like coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke, cancer, hypertension and osteoporosis can come from poor eating habits or genetics. But it can also be egged on by a lack of exercise. Some people erroneously believe that if they just don't eat that they will become fit. They may lose weight, but they are not healthy. Make exercise a part of your regimen in addition to watching calorie consumption. Use them both as a tool to remain healthy and to reach your goals to lose weight.
