Recently I noticed myself pondering what makes someone easy and enjoyable to talk to, and I realized the simple answer is that they are a good listener.
These days, it is nearly impossible to complete a single task without distraction - we are addicted to distractions. The natural consequence of this addiction is that we don't connect as much as we used to in real life.
There is a way however, that we can make the most of our interactions when they do happen - we simply need to learn to listen. There is a multitude of benefits from practicing this simple act!
